I have always used aloe vera in some form, usually cream , from when I was in my 20's. This aloe vera in gel form is much better and now plays a routine morning part of my life and it does exactly what it promises ,and it is much cheaper on Amazon than in the chemist shops !!! - if you can find one with a supply. I have been growing and using Aloe Vera for years.The only drawback to using the natural leaves is that it's messy.This gel is the perfect answer. Its convenient and portable. As well as burns, I also use it on inflamed or itchy skin - stinging nettles, insect bites etc, and always after waxing - its cool and soothing.

This stuff is the best! I am a ginger and so the pain of sunburn is quite often my holiday companion. I know, I know, I am very naughty. It is not that I don't apply sun screen I do. I surf and climb so sun screen is not often going to stay on very long. (Aloe Gator is a great sun screen though. feels horrid but is good for hours in rough water)
